To request a return, email support@lumibuzz.co with your order number within 60 nights of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label and process your refund as soon as the unit arrives back at our warehouse.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Items must be returned in normal used condition and include all original components.
